It’s navy with white trim and features a flattering sweetheart bust, full skirt, hidden center back zipper, pockets, adjustable halter tie, elastic gathered back for comfort, and a white belt with gold buckle. It has lots of stretch 68% rayon, 29% polyester,3% elastine. Machine wash cold inside out. Our model Julie Ann’s measurements are bust 34B, waist 25.5 inches and hip 36 inches. She is 5′ 6″ and is wearing an S. Shown with and without a crinoline for fullness but doesn’t come with one.
