1960s Black Bow Veil Whimsy Hat
Here’s a true fascinator hair whimsy from the 1960s. It features small black velvet bows with attached netting that has plush dots throughout. It’s in excellent vintage condition, with original box and hat pin! The netting goes completely over the head. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
