1960s Beige Velvet Whimsy
Here’s a true fascinator hair whimsy from the 1960s. It features a beige flower and velvet ribbon over a large ribbon with velvet dots throughout and attached matching netting. It’s in very good condition, some of the ribbon is starting to fray. The netting goes completely over the head. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
