1960s Bright Blue Velvet Vintage Hat
This is the perfect bright blue velvet hat from the 1960s. It’s a simple design with a decorative rolled grosgrain ribbon trimmed in buttons. It is in excellent condition, measures about 21 1/2 inches around the inside, labeled “Miss Carnegie by Hattie Carnegie, Dimmer’s Shop, Buffalo”. This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
