1960s Navy Whimsy Fascinator
Here’s a true fascinator hair whimsy from the 1960s. It features small navy velvet bows with attached netting that has plush dots and ovals throughout. It’s in very good vintage condition, minor tear in netting at top. The netting goes completely over the head. This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
