It features an adjustable black halter tie, black trim with a bow at the bust, light padding in the bust, a covered center back zipper, elastic along the top back for a good fit, a very full skirt and POCKETS! Our model Julie Ann’s measurements are bust 34B, waist 25.5 inches and hip 36 inches. She is 5′ 6″ and is wearing an S. It’s made of soft, durable and stretchy 97% cotton and 3% spandex.
