Dotty Scallop Dress
Here’s a dress worthy of Marilyn Monroe! It’s black with white oval dots and features adjustable spaghetti straps, scoop gathered bustline, cummerbund waistband, full skirt, with scalloped hem, it’ fully lined, hidden center back zipper, with elastic panels on the back sides and waist to assure a good fit. 100% polyester, dry clean only. Shown with and without a crinoline for fullness but doesn’t come with one. Our model Julie Ann’s measurements are bust 34B, waist 25.5 inches and hip 36 inches. She is 5′ 6″ and is wearing a SM.
