It’s sweetheart neckline and short puff sleeves are trimmed in black, it’s topped off with a bow and features a center back zipper with pockets! Our model Julie Ann’s measurements are bust 34B, waist 26 inches and hip 36 inches. She is 5′ 6″ and is wearing an S. Shown with and without a crinoline, but it’s sold separately. 100% polyester.
